Maxfresh multi kadai comes with steel lid and can be used as kadai as well as can be used to cook different types of items. This kadai comes with 5plates in it – 2idli plates, 2steamer plate and 1dhokla plate. As one idli plate can make 7idlis at a time, one can make 14idlis at a time or can make 7idlis and steam vegetables at same time. In simple language you can mix 2plates of your choice and can make 2dish at a time. Maxfresh multi kadai can be used to make many items namely idlis, momos, khaman, dhokla, steam vegetables, modaks and use as kadai also. Encapsulated bottom helps even spread of heat and helps to cook food fast helps to save gas. Maxfresh multi kadai can be used on induction also. Silicone handles on side of kadai helps for easy movement of kadai even hot. Maxfresh mutli kadai is available with mini idli plate if required.
